SafePass uses the submitted information only to administer the requested training, meet driving-school record requirements, communicate with the student or guardian, and maintain the agreement record. The full record is kept in restricted storage; ordinary notification emails omit date of birth, home address, gender, and signatures.

Refund and cancellation

No payment is collected with this request. The final written quote will state the exact agreed service price before acceptance. When a student cancels a SafePass road-test service at least 48 hours before the scheduled test, the student may choose a full refund of the amount paid or reschedule once at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows are charged in full. If DriveTest cancels the road test, 50% of the agreed SafePass road-test service price remains payable for instructor time and vehicle preparation; any amount paid above that charge is refunded.
